The following T&Cs apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Any variations to the Buyer´s order of these Conditions are not valid unless agreed in writing by the Seller.
2. Contractual partner, formation of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with earo Limited.
The display of products within the online shop constitutes a binding offer on our part to enter into a contract vis-à-vis the items. You may place our products in your basket without obligation and amend your entries at any time prior to submitting a binding order by using the correction facilities that are provided for this purpose and explained during the ordering process. The contract is formed by clicking on the order button which indicates your acceptance of our offer concerning the goods contained in your basket. Once you have sent your order you will immediately receive a confirmation via e-mail.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in GBP. All of our prices are shown excluding VAT as default. The following payment methods are available in our online shop:
With the submission of the order, you are sending us your credit card details at the same time.
After your identification as the legal cardholder, directly after the order, we will ask your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by the credit card company and charged to your card. Goods remain the property of the vendor until paid for in full and the vendor reserves the right not to dispatch goods until cleared funds have been received.
4. Shipment of orders
Delivery costs are added to the product prices as displayed. The Seller will do its utmost to keep delivery times quoted or indicated in our order confirmations but these are valid as indications only unless otherwise expressly guaranteed in writing.
Deliveries are made on weekdays between 8 am and 5 pm. Delivery is to ground floor only (to the door).
We only dispatch goods en route; pick up by the customer is not possible.
5. Damage during delivery & Insurance
All goods delivered are insured by TNT Ltd. The Buyer must check the goods immediately on receipt and any transport or other visible damages must be noted on the transport document before it is signed in receipt of goods and reported to earo Limited without delay.
Hidden damage or shortage must be reported to the seller within 7 days of receipt of the goods, failure to do so will result in possible rejection of any damage or shortage claim.
6. Force majeure
The Seller is not liable for any delay or failure whatsoever or be deemed to be in breach of contract for any delay or failure whatsoever should this delay or failure be the result of any Act of God, war, riot, extreme weather conditions, strikes or any other circumstances beyond our control.
All products carry a 2 year warranty from invoice date, subject to normal use. During the guarantee period, we reserve the right to send you spare parts free of charge.
Complaints can be submitted by consumers and businesses:

The customer is entitled to return the Goods within 14 days from delivery. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (earo Limited, 32 Brunswick St N, Arran Quay, Dublin, Ireland, email@example.com, phone: +353 (01) 224 7012) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
The return freight will be paid by earo Ltd. on condition that the customer first contacts us and follows the instructions given. The Goods must be properly packed in original packaging to ensure that they are returned without any damage and received in the same condition as when delivered. We will not cover any damages caused by a customer.
10. Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, original delivery charges will not be refunded / we will refund standard delivery charges. We can collect your item from an address you specify free of charge, in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. Otherwise you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The Vendor is not liable for loss of business or income due to shipment delays under any circumstances. Whilst the vendor makes every effort to ensure that goods supplied correspond to in every respect with the specification or description provided as the case may be, the vendor is not responsible for minor variations in specification, and no such minor variation shall be the subject of any claim against the vendor.
